Apartment buildings are the backbone of what we do here at ASA Windows. Working on multiple projects of this type every year, with different levels of complexity. Drawing on our local partners and suppliers to meet the individual needs and requirements of each and every project. We are currently part way through the installation stage of 8 Parker St in Como, with completion expected this year.

Aged care and assisted living projects are a big part of what we do at ASA Windows. We have completed three multimillion dollar projects in the last 5 years and are currently working on the second phase of the Cottesloe Redevelopment Project. Utilising our new range of Reynaers thermally broken window suites to achieve the highest of standard required in the Aged Care construction sector.

ASA Windows has a strong history of working in the Education sector. We have completed 32 new school projects in the last 5-10 years, with one of the most notable being Guildford Grammar. We are currently completing the final works at Curtin university.

ASA Windows thrives when the opportunity of unique works is on offer, as shown below with the internal glazed curtain wall system to the WA Museum. This was another step forward for ASA Windows and shows the strengths of the Reynaers curtain wall system.
